TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(1) The purpose of this site is to assist Protegrity Partners to do business with Protegrity and to provide service to the authorized end-user licensees of Protegrity software products.
(2) All contents posted on this site shall remain property of Protegrity.
(3) “Protegrity” is a registered trademark of Protegrity Corporation.
(4) Disclosure of any product documents, detailed descriptions of Protegrity software solutions, and answers to product related questions posted on this site is permitted to the authorized end-user licensees of each specific respective Protegrity product only.
(5) Section 3 notwithstanding this site will include a section containing specific limited information, which you as a Protegrity Partner may disclose to prospective customers of Protegrity products.
(6) No software programs or updates, which may from time to time be made available for downloading from this site, shall be distributed to no other third party than authorized end-user licensees having a valid software maintenance and support contract for the respective software product.
(7) Although Protegrity will attempt to avoid posting any errors or misleading information on this site, no assurances are given that no errors or misleading information may appear on this site from time to time. You agree to bring any errors you notice to attention of Protegrity as soon as possible. Corrections will be posted promptly.
(8) The contents of this site are not, and will not become a part of the existing terms and conditions of your existing Reseller, Referral Partner or other type of Partner Agreement with Protegrity. The terms and conditions as described in the executed written agreement shall govern your contractual relationship with Protegrity.
