Data privacy and security have always played an integral role in our digital economy. Today, as we reinvent our collaboration processes and business practices, it has become even more crucial. While managing through this COVID-19 pandemic, we at Protegrity feel it is essential to help and collaborate with the world’s brightest minds and most innovative companies who are utilizing anonymized data in order to flatten curves, save lives and ultimately develop a vaccine. I applaud the generous actions of our technology leaders like IBM, Amazon, Google and Microsoft and especially the partnership of Apple and Google to collaborate on contact tracing technology strategies. It is imperative that companies work together during this pandemic. As an industry, we need to do more. At Protegrity, we want to do our part to help our customers and companies that want to employ sensitive data in their research to fight this pandemic and develop a vaccine.

I have seen incredible acts of kindness in response to this pandemic. We need to continue the relentless pursuit to do everything we can to fight COVID-19 and get back to our way of life.
